Main Task - Horror Trailer

Ancillary Task - Finished Poster

To finally complete our poster we added bottom credits, which during our research we found is on a large majority of movie posters. These credits include our company name, actors/actresses and our crew. We then added a short snippet line under our official title which is a play on where clowns originally come from, the circus. We also added a release date in which we chose Halloween (31st October) as a few horror movies had released their films on the scariest day of the year. We finally added our logo to the poster along with a website for others to find out more about our movie. This is the final outcome for our poster.

Ancillary Task Magazine

Here is the magazine cover based on our trailer. We used a large main image of the clown as to show our trailer as the main focus piece in this issue. A large masthead covers the top saying "Slasher" which fits with the genre of horror our trailer is. Coverlines to the left also link in continuing the horror movie magazine theme. Additional information is in the bottom right corner and a skyline up top gives little sneak peaks as to what the reader will find inside the magazine. This cover also continues our colour theme of red and black.

Finished Logo

We found once we added our logo to our trailer that it stuck out like a saw thumb. To fix this we made the background black, to neaten the logo up even more and to make sure it fit the trailer better. This was our final outcome for our logo.

Rough Company Logo

Here is the rough version of our company logo. Our company is called "Bionic Bunny Studio Productions." Which is why our logo is that of a bunny. We also added a paint splatter as the nose as it represents blood which links to our company being involved in making horror movies. We kept our logo simple as we looked at a few other company logos and found that a large majority had simple logos. The logo was originally created in paint but then we opened it in Photoshop to neaten up the blood splatter and sharpen the logo outline. Next we will add our logo to our trailer!
